In Alaska, there’s room to breathe. Your body begins to settle. You start to notice what you’ve been pushing through, what you’ve been carrying, and how much effort it has taken to keep moving the way you have.
Each morning begins in the body. Stretching, foam rolling, bodywork, and guided awareness bring attention to where you’re open and where you’ve been holding tension. That tension isn't just physical. It reflects the way you've been moving through your life. When something feels stuck, the goal isn’t to push past it, but to work with it.
Throughout the week, you'll deepen your understanding of:
Practical tools to help you feel regulated and grounded
Hormone and mitochondria support
BodyMind practices that help you move beyond limiting beliefs and return to steady empowerment.
These practices teach you to make decisions from a regulated body instead of a stressed mind. When the change happens at the cellular level, it lasts.
Afternoons are spent exploring beaches, the rainforest, whale watching, fishing, or simply having unstructured time to rest and connect. You move through them in your own aligned way.
This is where conversation, laughter, and reflection happen naturally. Your nervous system begins to remember what ease and connection feel like.
Three evenings include guided breathwork sessions followed by dinner and downtime. Breathwork supports release and integration on key days. The remaining evenings are open for rest and connection. You practice listening to your body and honoring what it needs without guilt.
Each day builds on the last, moving from regulation to release to embodied expansion and finally a grounded return to your life.
By the end of the week, you notice the difference. You feel more grounded, more clear, and more at home in yourself. Not because you were fixed, but because you learned how to stay connected to your body and trust what it tells you.

Kellie is a grounded and intuitive guide who helps women reconnect to their bodies and create lasting change from the inside out. With nearly two decades of experience in massage and a decade in energy work and coaching, she blends practical nervous system support with deep emotional insight. She brings a steady, attuned presence to every space she holds, helping women unwind stored stress, shift limiting patterns, and feel clear, empowered, and at home within themselves.
Amber is a steady and deeply compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner who helps women understand their bodies and restore balance from the inside out. With over a decade of nursing experience and advanced training in women's health and hormone support, she blends clinical expertise with warm, whole-person care. She's equal parts science-minded and heart-led, offering practical solutions while honoring the complexity of a woman's lived experience.
Jill is a skilled breathwork facilitator and is currently working on her masters to become a therapist. She brings deep presence and an innate capacity to hold healing space and steady support for women. Real, grounded, hilarious and easy to be authentic around, Jill creates an environment where you can meet yourself honestly and be held in your highest becoming.
